Haunted House Wrap Up

HOLY COW!! Another year for Haunted House is dead and gone for the 2009 season, but like with all good horror movies, it will be back again next year to terrorize the town of Neenah. So many kids braved the cold October rain to make this year an amazing success! We had over 100 youth volunteers clocking in almost 3000 hours of youth volunteer time! The acting this year, I can say was downright creepy. Our scare-actors came prepared with ideas and awesome attitudes that wowed everyone that came through. So many positive reviews from Haunted House websites, newspapers and regular customers saying that Neenah’s Most Haunted was the best Haunted House in the area this year, and that couldn’t have been done without the hard work and dedication of our youth and adult volunteers.  Thank you so much all of you that helped out this year, you deserve a big ol’ pat on the back. Thanks and happy haunting!

A BIG THANK YOU for a successful season of Haunting!

Almost 1600 guests dared to enter “Neenah’s Most Haunted” located at 333 West Cecil Street inside Neenah’s Old City Garage.  These brave souls encountered a twisted jester, a zombie filled theater, a room with many doors, a few very dark mazes and much more.  We also welcomed 1700 children and adults at our Children’s Day at the Haunted House events.  Families were able to trick-or-treat throughout the Haunted House with the lights on, play carnival games, and get their faces painted! This project could not have been possible without our youth and adult volunteers, the support of this wonderful community, and the generosity of our sponsors.
